Shapes interfaces that earn every element — design restraint applied to real, shipping products.
Most teams are strong at design or strong at engineering. We built Code Adroits because the interesting work sits exactly where those two meet and almost nobody staffs for it.
Beautiful software that breaks is a liability. Robust software nobody wants to use is a waste. We hold both standards at once and treat any compromise between them as a problem we haven't solved yet.
Senior-led by design, not by circumstance.
CodeAdroits is a compact engineering studio. Not an agency that subcontracts, and not a marketplace of freelancers assembled per project, a consistent team of senior engineers and designers who work together across every engagement.
That size is a deliberate constraint. It means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the architectural decisions made in week one are made by someone who will still be there in month nine. Large firms staff junior teams behind senior salespeople. We inverted that.
We work as an overseas development partner for clients across the GCC and further afield, embedded in their tools and rhythms rather than reporting from behind a wall. The engagement model flexes; the standard of work doesn't.
Every element earns its place. If a border, a colour, or an animation isn't doing work, it comes out.
The person who scopes the work builds the work. No handoff from the people you met to the people you didn't.
Proven tools for critical paths. We save the novelty for problems that genuinely need it.
Maintenance is a first-class engagement. Shipping is the middle of the project, not the end.
Repositories, design files, and infrastructure live in your accounts. Nothing to extract if we part ways.
If a request will hurt the product, we say so before we invoice for it. Agreement isn't the same as service.
CEO & Founder
Leads architecture · design direction · every engagement
Sixteen years building software, across full-stack web, commerce platforms, mobile, and applied AI. An MS in Computer Science specialising in AI, a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, and a peer-reviewed conference publication in machine learning.
Still hands-on by choice. The senior technical work, architecture, the difficult integrations, the decisions that are expensive to reverse, is done personally rather than delegated. The team provides execution depth around that, not a layer between it and you.
A core team of specialists rather than a bench of generalists. The same people stay with a project from scope to support.
The practical answers, before the first call, not after.
Your boards, your repos, your standups. No parallel process that only we can see.
Working across time zones is only a problem if nobody plans for it. We fix the window before kickoff.
You can look at real progress any day, rather than waiting for a scheduled reveal.
You get the assumptions behind a number, so you can challenge the assumption rather than the price.
Documentation and access transfer happen as we go — not as a scramble at the end.
A small team only works if every person is genuinely senior. If you care about craft on both sides of the line, design and engineering, we'd like to hear from you, whether or not a role is open.
Introduce yourself →Work reviewed on quality, not volume of tickets closed.
You hold a problem end to end, not a slice of someone else's.
Disagreement is expected. Politeness isn't a substitute for candour.
Time to understand a system properly before changing it.
Every inquiry reaches a senior engineer, not a sales queue. Expect a considered reply in about a business day.
